Our Original Puffy synthetic insulation is made from 100% post consumer recycled materials.
We use a 90/10 DWR, also known as a durable water repellent, on all of our blankets. This finish provides protection from the elements, making our blankets weather and stain resistant.
The Cape Clip, featured on all 1-Person blankets, allows you to wear your blanket hands-free so you can start a fire, drink your beer, or change the channel, all while staying warm.
Corner loops allow you to stake the blanket into the ground or integrate perfectly with our Stash Mat to allow for the ultimate chill session.

All Rumpl Puffy blankets are treated with 90/10 DWR and highly water resistant, but are not waterproof.
We have a one year warranty for any manufacturing defect on materials or craftsmanship from the time it was purchased. Send us a note at info@rumpl.co.nz with proof of purchase and we'll take care of you!
While our Puffy blankets aren’t temperature rated, they should keep you plenty warm in 7ºC and above. Need something warmer? Cuddle up with a 2-Person or layer two blankets.
All Rumpls are machine washable, however they are also stain, water and debris resistant so aren't required to be washed regularly. However, if you do want to wash your Rumpl, we recommend using a front loading washing machine on warm (not hot), and using only specialized wash products (specifically for water resistant products - not regular detergents) for the best cleaning and re-energizing of the DWR and water resistant features. Hang dry or toss in a dryer on low tumbler (no heat).

This RUMPL blanket is such a beautiful reminder of the days I used to camp near Mount Rainier. The forest-and-mountain design feels peaceful and nostalgic, and it adds a cozy outdoor feel to my space even when I’m at home. It’s lightweight, warm, and perfect for relaxing, travel, or in the car.
Thank you so much for sharing such a heartfelt review! We love hearing that your Original Puffy Blanket brings back special memories of camping near Mount Rainier. It’s wonderful to know you’re enjoying the cozy, lightweight warmth both at home and on the go!
Though it was around 100 degrees while tent camping in SC, it was the most comfortable blanket on my air mattress. Fell asleep right away. Love the colors. So stylish. Also have the tent mat. Appreciate and love your products so much, have given blankets to my camping adult daughters!!!
Thank you so much for the wonderful review, Meredith! We're thrilled to hear your Original Puffy blanket kept you comfy and stylish if we do say so ourselves! Stay Cozy!
I ordered two of these sweet babies for my van and I love them! The color is awesome and just makes me feel happy! The best part isn’t the keeping you warm without being hot-it’s the fact my pup Pumpkin can jump all about and not one bit of fur can be found!
Thank you so much for the great review, Heidi! We’re thrilled to hear your Original Puffy blankets are a perfect fit for your van and that both you and Pumpkin are enjoying them. Love that they’re keeping things cozy and fur-free!
My dad was hospitalized for 6.5 months and recently transitioned back home using a hospital bed. Right before his release, my mom realized she didn't have a comforter that fit his new bed setup. Fortunately, I had a Rumpl blanket that fit perfectly. We initially intended to use it as a temporary fix until they bought a standard comforter, but my dad loved it so much that he didn't want to switch! I ended up buying him his own Rumpl in colors that better match their bedroom decor. It is functional, cozy, warm and highly recommended.
Hey Monica! Thanks so much for sharing this, what a meaningful story. We’re really glad the blanket was able to help during such a big transition and that it’s brought comfort at home as well. It’s especially great to hear it worked as both a practical fit and something your dad genuinely enjoys using. Wishing your dad continued comfort and recovery.
My wife wears it to our grandson’s lacrosse games, outdoor concerts, and just hanging out at night. Stays dry and totally warm
